Well it is not 'ha ha' funny but it is funny in the sense that this is odd. I would say it falls under the second definition of "Funny" from Merriam-Webster:

Kisha Young, 39, of Crowley, Texas was arrested after having the children - four of which were hers and two of which were a friend's - ride on the roof and the trunk of her Chevy Malibu for the short ride back home after swimming at the local pool, reports CBS DFW.​
Witnesses in the neighborhood were astonished to see Young driving with the kids - ages eight to 14 - on the outside of the vehicle, and were even more shocked when four of the children were flung from the car after Young took a sharp turn. As the children laid injured in the street, Young kept on driving, apparently unaware that the kids had fallen off the vehicle.​
When Young finally circled back and realized the children were injured and needed medical attention. The most seriously injured child had to be taken by Careflight to a hospital in Fort Worth and remains hospitalized with a serious head injury.​
Crowley police said Young failed a field sobriety test at the scene. She was arrested on suspicion of intoxication assault, a third-degree felony.​
Additional charges are expected to be sought against Young and the 31-year-old mother of the other children involved, who was a passenger in the front seat, said officer C.C. Meadows, a spokeswoman with the Crowley Police Department.​
