The Head Coach of the University of Colorado has said he will only allow star Travis Hunter, and his son Shedeur, to play for one of six NFL teams. The five teams Coach Prime played for are on the list along with Philadelphia.
He also expects both players to be drafted in the top 4.

The City of San Francisco sure. But they play in Santa Clara where it never gets cold.
I've never been there but I just got back from Arizona and it snowed there so doesn't surprise me.

High altitude dry cold. It's not nearly as nasty as that wet cold in the midwest and northeast
