I feel for anyone who is in debt just because he wanted to quit something he hated doing. I don't really think it's fair. I understand Miami's position, but you don't crap on someone like that, and ruin their life, just because they signed a contract with you. Just let the guy go. He didn't cost you so much money that you have to wreck his life over it.
