This doesnt sound good...
"Williams injured the knee while backpedaling during a seven-on-seven passing drill. He did not make contact with another player, but as soon as he planted his left leg, he screamed and fell to the ground."

When someone falls down screaming, clutching their knee without any contact, it's usually very bad.

That's just what I thought, unfortunately for him. I guess it makes the team's move to not resign him look good for now. If he misses the whole year do you think his career is over? Probably. I hope not. He's a good guy.
It's almost like when the Vikes signed Dwight Smith a week ago, they knew this was going to happen. Creepy.

His season is over, maybe the Vikes strength coach is bad too.

what exactly is a fractured knee? The way they talk about it - it doesn't sound like another ACL.
i think it's when you fracture your patella in your knee. that little bone you can move back and forth fi your leg is straight.
Tanks Season is Over
I feel bad for him...sounds like it might be the same knee from 2 years ago.http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/MIN/9588556

His career has tanked out.
Too bad, good guy with potential coming out. Disapointment.

That sucks. I wish him the best. Hopefully he can recover from this one...doubtful though.
I hope he can make it back, but it's a long short. Too bad for a good guy, I wish him all the best in recovery. The NFL is a risky life.
