Chip drafted Matt Barkley who Tim Tebow is about to replace

Yea but 520 went in on a fire sale and came out looking pretty good.

He gets a WR @4 and a RB at 12, of vice versa. Top talent @ 14... Then he gets to swing for the fences all round 3.

Not a bad turn out.

He dropped back one spot, picked up 12 and 14 and two extra 3s.

He gave up Rodgers/roesthlisburger but has a newly weaponized Tanny who's coming off a 4000 yard season.

He probably doesnt compete this year but he definitely set himself up for some opportunities next year if he hits on those top 3 picks.

I basically flipped Garropolo, Mettenbackup, 2.10 and 3.10 for 2.3, 2.9, 3.9, 4.2 and a 2016 1st.

Unless one of them ends up being a legit HoF caliber player I'll be fine with what I got in return.

I really like my team from top to bottom as well. Puts me in a good position heading into the draft because I don't feel the need to reach for a particular position. QB and RB could become issues in a year or two but for this season at least I should be alright.

My only huge hole is RB. Gordon seems to be fixing that pretty quickly come pick #2. I moved on from Marshall and I'm drafting the WR that was drafted to replace him... Another win. Got younger and stayed competitive.

watch him blow this tho, remember, he's the ruston Webster of the group

Yeah I like what 520 did overall. No doubt he's better off (unless he just completely whiffs with all of his picks). Tannehill is certainly set up to take that next step forward in his game. He could be a legit QB1 this year.

I'm decent at RB but old AF when it comes to my top talent in that position group. QB I'm unspectacular but serviceable. And still holding out hope the Seahawks will become just A BIT more pass oriented this season making Russell Wilson more of a fantasy commodity.

I also went into the start up draft hinging my team on WRs. And drafting for a bust out RB. I hit on Hill. Fixing that second RB spot was always my intentions.

I knew better to trust ball to become the lead back and I had CJ Anderson but dropped him before he got going....

I sold out for WRs in the startup draft and figured I'd just rely on older vet RBs to get me by. I lucked out by hitting on all 3 of my rookie WRs and that's in addition to Julio Jones and Alshon Jeffery.

So in essence the plan worked. I'm likely set at WR for at least a few years. But now I'm sitting here without even 1 young RB to build around. Best young guy I got is Knile Davis and he's sitting behind one of the top backs in the entire league.

Well after I find a gem mid season I'll be sure to see what his value is. Lol

Tbh I Feel like finding RB talent is one of my better talents at this game. I'm confident in late round bloomers. I once watched Alfred Morris in a preseason game, looked over to my buddy and said "that's my starting Fantasy RB this year" his reply was "uhh who tf is that guy?"

Got him in one of the last rounds of that draft.

How was the draft order determined again? I know we had like a 6 way tie, so was it based on total points?

The people who made playoffs got put in direct order of their finish. The 6 who didn't (out side panther fails disaster) got put in a lotto format since it was to deter flopping late in the season for a higher draft pick. I posted a video of the whole thing sometime last year.

Yeah, thanks for that.

Yea I felt like he was the guy that would end up the starter. And Hillman took his place so I swapped them. Then Hillman got hurt and CJ started his spree. Looks like a time share goin forwards tho

There will be a time share of some sort, but Anderson performed far better than any RB they had. He'll be the starter and get the bulk of the carries unless something drastic happens.

It is Kubiak there now though... and we know how he makes any RB look good.

Wouldn't draft Amderson early in standard FF... Gonna be ranked way too high. But I still like him a lot.

Had a team last year with Anderson, Beckham, Gronk, Sanders, Julio, Megatron... Just wasn't even fair. Yet I lost in the first round of the playoffs after putting up 175+ in both weeks prior to playoffs. My classic luck.

Not sure exactly how the rounds of the draft work...

Just looked through the order and got confused a bit. It looked like some people had picks in later rounds that I didn't think existed.

6 rounds, right? Although I only see my picks go to the 5th.

Depends on how many free roster spots you have. If you cut more than the minimum amount of players you have more draft picks.
