SUMMARY: The Jaguars, long buried in the depths of the division, got themselves headed in the right direction again, as evidenced by last year’s 12-4 season. The physical defense, ranked 6th in the NFL in both points and yards allowed, is the heart of the team. Offensively, however, the Jags lack much of a punch. And underneath the surface of their 2005 record is that fact that they won 9 games against teams with 6 wins or less, and face a much tougher schedule in 2006.
