So what happened to Eric Bieniemy? I read he interviewed well with Falcons.

Bieniemy's problem will be his current team keeps playing and he wont have the time to recruit good assistants

Andy Reid has quite a resume for being the offensive guru. Is Bienemy actually just a product of Reid? We see a lot of that with the Bellicheck "desciples".

Reid doesnt send coaches off to be great. And the later the Cheifs play the fewer good coaches there are to bring with Bieniemy to wherever he might land....
This is great news!! Arthur Smith is the worst coach in the NFL. Our offense was the predictable and vanilla. He knows nothing about the game of football. He is a lifelong assistant and only the Titans were dumb enough to promote him. Literally any high school coach would be better. It will nice to see if we can actually pull of a real NFL screen pass once he is gone. Thank you for leaving we just got better!
Hard not to be somewhat successful with the players we have on the offense, I think a guy off the street could look like a genius with the talent on the chiefs.
Yet he coached the #1 offense in the NFL...
