yeah i read that.. what do ya'll think about him trying to wear the number 5... i mean he's a special player all right.. but not that special... if James couldn't wear it I see no reason to make any special concessions for Reggie
You know, the NFL has started getting a bit relaxed about this issue. I personally like to look at the field and know what position the players cover by their number. I can see why the rookies want to keep their "off the wall" numbers from college and even high school, but I think that there needs to be some uniformity to the player's numbers. Otherwise, the NFL will start looking like a lot of college teams with DBs wearing #1 and LBs wearing #13. A place kicker with #43 on his jersey :irked: ... i can't remember where I saw that one, but I did :lol:
