I've been reading this site for the last 4-5 hours. Huge fucking smile on my face. If you enjoy seeing piece of shit lawyers who bully, lie, and steal.. not only from defendants, but to THE FUCKING COURT ITSELF... click the link above and start reading.
My god. I'm so glad pieces of shit like these people finally get what is coming to them.
Basically, they set up a honeypot to trap users. They "aquire" rights to a porno, which is actually random clips from material THEY DON'T OWN. THEN..they personally upload said porno to torrent sites, and collect any and all IP's they THINK will work (nevermind if someone has wifi..or using someone elses internet.. or if there are more than one person in the residence...etc) and group anywhere from 20-50 John Doe's and attempt to take legal action.
But they used the courts to be able to gain access to said IP addresses via the ISP, and THEN they fucking threaten the people with ZERO INTENT of taking anything to court. Basically, they try and force people to settle for 3-4 grand out of shame of being associated having to defend yourself because you may or may not of downloaded said porn.
Here is the kicker, though. Said pornos that they posted..
1) They don't own the original material source
2) Said pornography is not available for sale. Anywhere. You flat out can not legally purchase it, and it is only available to find via torrent sites...which is where the honeypot comes into play. They're basically defrauding the people they're attempting to sue, and the FUCKING COURT ITSELF on top of that.
