I guess to run as scout QB. Been on the Browns and Packers in the past few years. Not sure f that makes a difference, but this sounds very much like an old Pats/Vrabel tactic.
Not gonna defend Kizer BUT 0-15 on an 0-16 team tells me that he wasn't on his own in the abilities to suck. Didn't get a chance to start in GB or Oak, maybe he gets a win on 1 of those teams (maybe).
11 TDs vs 24 picks is about all you need to know. Let’s hope he never sniffs the field.

Some will laugh, others will sneer, but the FA QB I would sign is Chad Kelly. Yes, he got into some trouble and Denver cut him (interestingly, Pacman Jones was on that team), but he was the best QB on their roster and I really think he was better than Brissett when he was on Indy. He has no fear and if we needed a replacement for RT (god forbid), he can step in and win some games for you, not just tread water. Fire away.
