Coaches have had nothing but good things to say about the kid of late. Would love to see him get some action against the Saints. Big, strong smart receiver. Looking forward to seeing what he’s got!
I hear you. But after seeing his interviews and how the team rallied around him in the preseason, I really like the dude and want him to succeed.Don't get your hopes up too high.

We all want him to succeed. Hopefully he can bring something to the table now that the table has cleared with Reynolds and now Julio.
As much as we were all hoping he was past the injury issues, we can’t rely on Julio, it’s time for Dez to show what he’s got.
Kinda surprised we didn’t bring up Kinsey or McMath too. Started the season with 7 active WR and now we’re down to 5.
Is this guy gonna be the next unexplainable hype like Tre McBride?
Don't get your hopes up too high.
Why not. Be a great story. Vrabel doesn’t screw around. If this kid fought his way back out of the doghouse it’s a great story.

I'm not talking about the long run. I'm talking about the game tomorrow.

Oh. Yea. That’s right. Sorry.
The kid was cut and made it back to the roster with no regular season experience within three months, that shows some grit on some level. I hope he finds a way to stick. Often times opportunity is all one needs.
Very hard getting out of Vrabel’s doghouse. Very interested to see his progress, assuming he gets on the field tomorrow.
Obviously none of us know what to expect. But we are all hoping to see what JR saw when he moved up to take him. Fingers crossed that he can make a play or two in his first game.
None of the WR taken after him have done jack squat except maybe St Brown who’s only playing because Detroit is so poverty at WR. They clearly thought Dez was a step above the rest of what was left to move up like that.Obviously none of us know what to expect. Dez has obviously improved enough to put himself in this position.. hope he continues to improve....Julio being hurt again and Reynolds being a wasted signing certainly have helped to create that opportunityThe kid was cut and made it back to the roster with no regular season experience within three months, that shows some grit on some level. I didn't realize that Khalif Raymond leads Lion wide receivers in yards and targets. Wow.
It’s ridiculous. Reynolds will start immediately there.I didn't realize that Khalif Raymond leads Lion wide receivers in yards and targets. Wow.
At least Fitzpatrick made a catch, even though he may have had only 3 blockers at the time.
Curious to see how this O looks against a bad team like the Texans.
Right now it looks like Johnson is the replacement for Davis and not sure what to think about Julio since he seems invisible even when he plays. Since Brown has been used a bunch in the slot we may end up with Johnson, Julio and Brown on the field at some point. I say spread the field and hope we can get some quick opener runs along with some quick passes with RAC. Trying to mimic what we did with Henry is a lost cause and foolish. Spreading the field also gives Tannehill more run opportunities if they are in man coverage. We can still use our RBs in the passing game as well.
