Could someone tell me what all teams had to rotate their picks? I'm tryin to set some stuff right on Madden, and I realized that a lot teams were rotating picks.
For example, we had the 3rd pick in the first, 7th in the second, would've had 6th in the third, etc.

Teams with the same record were stacked according to weakest strength of schedule to the strongest. They flipped it in alternating rounds.
Oh, I know that. I meant a specific list. Its hard to pick out who swapped with who with all of these trades thrown in. Or do you know where I can find the draft order before the trades. Thanks
