Ben Jones contract is up after this yr. So bring in his replacement and let him learn the system.

I like Meinerz because I think he has the best feet out of all the top guys.

Dickerson, Humphrey or Myers look like guys who could be solid starters

I actually expect this to happen. This is a great draft for centers and I love all of the ones you mentioned. Some of my favorite are Meinerz, Dickerson, Humphrey and Myers from OSU.

Myers could probably be had a little later than the other 3. May be a good pick in the 4th.

Meinerz and Humphrey are the physical freaks of this class and I expect them to go rnd 1-2.

Jimmy Morrissey is another guy that I like out of Pittsburgh. He is the JRob type of guy... a walk on who became a 4 yr starter and 2 yr team captain...all ACC 2 yrs and all ACC academic team 4 yrs. Only gave up 2 sacks in the last 2 yrs...His 10 yrd split from his pro day was reportedly faster than Tristan Wirf and he had a 31inch vertical which shows his explosiveness

Dickerson is probably the best lineman in the draft, even with his injury. He’d be a steal in the 2nd I just don’t see him being there past the first. I would love the Titans to draft him though, Ben Jones is alright but they haven’t had a great Center since Mawae.

Dickerson's injury history is very worrisome to me...

Freshman yr played 7 games...season ending injury
Sophmore yr played 4 games...season ending injury
Junior yr played 2 games...season ending injury and took medical redshirt

He was injury free for his Senior and redshirt Senior years until his knee injury

Most Cs can play OG but many OGs can't play C so it is better to draft a C if you have long term plans. In fact Jones started at OG before moving to C when he came into the league. Jones is only 31 so he might be able to play a few more years.
