2 RBs and a TE? I think we'd take a chance late on a safety or fast developmental player with LB size over TE. I think we could go with a RB with GOOD pass catching skills such as Wali Lundy (from what I read).

Looking at the draft value chart, I think we could trade our 2nd rounder for a 2nd (from 50->64) and a 3rd. If we traded the 39 (510) for 52 (380) and 92 (132) for instance. It makes sense if D'Qwell or whoever is gone. Get some value for the pick and get that 3rd rounder back.

Can you give us a link to that site thnom, I wanna see what ESPN have put for other teams mock drafts.

I agree with Jackson in the 2nd and Whimper in the 4th

we don't need anymore short CB's

So you think 1-2 inches will make a difference? The best cornerbacks in this league are between 5-10 and 6-1, most of them below 6-0.

To mention a few 5-10 DB's:
Ronde Barber, Mike Brown, DeAngelo Hall, Andre Dyson, R.W. McQuarters, Troy Polamalu, Dunta Robinson

As long as they're good football players I could care less about height.

When it gets down to round 7, you're just taking the players who you think are most likely to be good regardless of position.

Reese has been known to find some decent picks in the seventh.

Mike Green
Keith Adams
Carlos Hall
Jared Clauss
Sean McHugh
And some Reynaldo guy...

ok question.....

in the 2nd round, say abdul and d'qwell are both sitting there

do we take the big run stopper in abdul or do we take the more athletic d'qwell....?

the Messiah :brow:

Although Adams never played a game for Tennessee did he? He did end up being a starter for the Eagles.

McHugh? he still playing?

I'm not really sure we take either. I think there's a very good chance that they'd prefer a player who would play more than half of the downs.

Not sure, really. I could see them going many directions with that pick. But I do think CB makes the most sense if I has to pick just 1 spot.

i would take the athletic d'qwell because he might not be the best run stopper right now but he can become one, if he is as good an athlete as people say that he is
