ESPN is reporting that Vikings rookie Khyree Jackson along with two friends he played high school football with were killed during the night in the state of Maryland by a car changing lanes in front of them at high speeds. Jackson age 24 was pronounced dead at the scene along with the driver. Third passenger was pronounced dead arriving at the hospital. Jackson was a 4th round choice in this seasons draft.
As a devoted Ducks fan, this is especially heartbreaking after Khyree was so beloved in Oregon last year. Cant even believe this.
Drunk driver(and passenger) hit them apparently. Drunks survived, the players didn't. Just absolutely awful
So sad. First Jeff Gladney and now Jackson?
Really hate seeing BS like this. Apparently he worked his ass off to make it to the NFL and this happens?
RIP young man.

Seriously...I always thought they are more "relaxed" as well...it's a shame the sober innocent ones get the worst of itIt's due to the alcohol stopping shock.
How do you edit a post?
Very sad story. Happens daily all over the world. These amateur alcoholics need some classes on buzzed driving.
Such is the life much too often.Crazy that the drinks that cause the accident, aren't hurt or minor injuries

If it’s any consolation, most drunks that go through this, live rough, regretful lives. Not saying that’s consolation, but guilt is real even for someone as absolutely careless and reckless as a drunk driver.
Sad story.
