could almost gaurantee we will look at the future QB in the draft no matter what Mauck does.
Anything is possible, but they can't be looking at Mauck as a future starter. They see his as a potential backup, like they saw Volek back in the days where NOD was backing up McNair.steveo said:

He was with Denver last year as a rookie but never played. I'm not sure how long he was on their roster versus the practice squad.
