Not sure have many people have heard about this security flaw, but it apparently affects every version of Windows since 1990, firewalls and antivirus software don't block it, and Microsoft hasn't done anything about it yet.
There is an unofficial patch from outside of Microsoft that apparently plugs the hole in XP and 2000, but not anything earlier. You can get to it through here:
