For 8-10 year old 5v5 flag football. I’m gonna give each kid a colored wristband that corresponds to their position to help with play calling. (All of these plays also have a mirror image going the opposite way) ... dotted line gets the ball
It’s mostly based on misdirection
Any suggestions?

I like the flood concepts for kids, send all the receivers to different levels of the same area so they dont have to read much
assuming you find a kid who can throw.

whats happening in play #12?
play 12 is a flood with QB rollout, but RB sneaks out the other side and ball is thrown back to him.
If I catch the D flowing with the flood, we will hit them with #12
Thats probably gonna end up a fumble if that RB doesn't get upfield someplay 12 is a flood with QB rollout, but RB sneaks out the other side and ball is thrown back to him.

I'll tell him to get up field. We have a few practices to iron out the kinks before our 1st game
Beware of toss plays, none of the QBs on my kids team have figured out the toss. They tend to launch that sucker, fumbles galoreI'll tell him to get up field. We have a few practices to iron out the kinks before our 1st game
Get the ball in hands of the fastest most athletic child every play.
Ignore all other children.
If said fastest child is not getting the ball he should be getting faked to or used as decoy.
Even better if previously referenced fast child is black. Every time he scores insists that he kneel in the end zone. Demoralize the opposition.
Also, exotic smash mouth
