Packers hire former tight ends coach as coordinator
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Green Bay Packers hired former tight
ends coach Jeff Jagodzinski as their offensive coordinator Sunday.
Jagodzinski was Green Bay's tight ends coach from 1999-03,
before being fired by former coach Mike Sherman after the Packers
lost to Philadelphia in an NFC divisional playoff game.
He and new Green Bay coach Mike McCarthy worked together in
1999, when McCarthy was the Packers' quarterbacks coach.
