Nice journalism :sad2:

"The manager of 615, Robert "Big Daddy" Gaddy and his brother, Lamar Woodson are pressing charges against Jones."

No, they're not. They filed a civil suit, which has been dropped. Criminal charges were filed by the DA, not Gaddy and his brother. And the reason the trial was delayed in December is because they didnt show up. But just because they no longer wish to pursue it doesnt automatically mean the DA is going to drop the case. Though he probably will.

I don't think anyone is above the law, and this may sound really gay but I really don't think it is in the best interests of the good people of Nashville to put Pacman through the wringer over this.

if both sides had shown up at the last court date they would have settled this but noooooo they have to drag this on. Hopefully they will have to pay court cost.

Basically, this was a "measuring" contest. Pac was the big mouth rookie and he tried to clown on Gaddy. Gaddy wasn't having it, he is a mature guy and instead of kicking Pac's little butt, he let the law handle it. He was trying to make a point to Pac.

A player who has a mutual interest intervened, both sides talked, money was exchanged and everyone walked away happy. Pac didn't just walk away scott free.
