This would take a ton of custom coding. Sportsbooker addon is designed to just use Moola for betting and payouts.
no need for you to code it.... folks can handle it themselves
The addon doesn't have a way to disable payouts nor to make a bet only between two people
I think he means we just have it done by honour system. Like the bets be made in shoutbox or in a thread, and people in the thread or shoutbox will have receipts. And if you don't honour it everyone shames you
Furthermore, maybe something can be done on a profile if they don't honour a bet. Something Mike can easily do

I'm going to say no moola as that's something I need to keep track of plus the sportsbooker will use moola. As where change your av, a blue crew purchase etc can all be done within yourselfs
