Not sure about this year.. Tanner Jeannot could be a difference maker as long as Juse Saaros healthy.
Josi is a beast. Forsberg beast. Johannson has experience, skill and most likely desire this year. Eckholm solid.

As much as I'd like to see the Preds do well, I think the Oilers will take the cup this year.
You may be right. I hope we come out swinging today. I'll be there with my son, my sister and her husband. Hope we Bridgestone bludgeon the Avs.

i expect most teams would when they lose their starting goalie less than a week before playoffs start so the backups have no real time to get warmed up
You are right backup goalies need time to get into a rhythm which is why they should have been playing them some games.

it was just bad timing for Saros' injury, not really anything you could do for it
Avs are good enough to have swept with Saros. Wasn’t a good matchup for the Preds at all.
My Blackhawks were terrible and will be for the next 3 yrs as they rebuild. They need players at all positions....sigh
I think Preds would’ve taken one for sure, maybe two with Saros in there. We beat them 3 out of four reg season.
Lightning v Avs series. Best matchup there could’ve been for the cup.
