I haven't played fantasy in over 10 years, because I felt like it messed with my Titans allegiance. In other words, I had players from the AFC South and pulling for them to do well felt wrong.

Long story short, I decided to join a league at work this year and need help. First question - I have Dalvin Cook. What do we expect from him this season? I have to decide between him and AJ Dillon.
