I can't believe this guy can be close to 100% right now.

does full-participation mean he can take a hit though?

Nope. He'll not be touched until the first preseason game which will be the true test. But being cleared to participate this early is surprising, IMO, and a good sign he'll be facing the Titans on September 24.
