SUMMARY: A week after Titans QB Steve McNair was asked to leave Baptist Sports Park, GM Floyd Reese has yet to make a statement on the matter. Usually very assessable to the media, Reese has been much more difficult to reach lately. When he has spoken, he has refused to discuss the situation or answer any of Cook's claims about how McNair has been treated and how he is viewed by the organization. Reese's silence on the matter speaks volumes and offers a unique insight into Reese. He clearly does not see stroking a player's ego or offering reassurance as part of his job. There is no doubt that in his mind this was a simple business decision and nothing personal.
