Offensive Coordinator Todd Downing-don’t think I need to answer or explain why on this one.
Offensive Line Coach Keith Carter-FIRE-our offensive line has been inconsistent at best, terrible at times ever since he took over. First assistant I would get rid of after Downing.
RB’s Coach Tony Dews-KEEP-Our running backs have been a strength and have seemed to develop well under his coaching.
WR’s Coach-Rob Moore-KEEP-this was a close one but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Some WR’s have seemed to do well under him, but have not really seen any young WR’s turn into stars outside AJ Brown who would probably be under any coach.
QB Coach Pat O’Hara-FIRE-Starting QB’s have been inconsistent and the game is over if we ever have to rely on a backup. Have seen zero QB development under him.
TE’s Coach Luke Steckel-KEEP-he was given no one to coach in his first season as coach.
Defensive Coordinator Shane Bowen-KEEP-although I think most of his success was due to the arrival of Jim Schwartz, it’s hard to fire a guy in charge of the defense we just saw. Hoping he’s a long term success.
Safeties Coach Scott Booker-KEEP-safeties have been consistently good and young safeties have developed well under his watch
Outside Linebackers Coach Ryan Crow-KEEP-pass rushers were impressive this year. Landry especially has gotten a lot better under his coaching.
Inside Linebackers Coach Jim Haslett-KEEP-former Head Coach and defensive coordinator, and who I feel is the best position coach on the team. The play of the inside linebackers and their development has been phenomenal since he took over.
Secondary Coach Anthony Midgett-FIRE-secondary went downhill as soon as he took over for Coombs. Has been artificially inflated this year due to the pass rush. Titans still one of the worst teams in the league defending WR’s.
Defensive Line Coach Terrell Williams-KEEP-defensive line is one of the strengths of the team and young guys have came along well under his leadership.

Our main issue is we have a low level quarterback....we need the Baltimore ravens approach when they won the super bowl with bottom end QB. Need a OC that limits Tannehills play book....Protecting the ball priority number 1.
Tannehill was fine under Art. We just need an OC that adapts his playbook to his players strengths. Not one like Downing that expects his players to adapt to him.
That's what I'm saying....Tannehill is limited in his abilities. We need a different approach one that limits his tendencies turning the ball over.
I know this thread will go on over the offseason, but I’ll get started now and say I’m disappointed in the selections for the 2022 season.

I could very easily see Tim Kelly replacing Downing. I think that’s who Vrabel really wanted last season.
Keith Carter and Anthony Midgett are who I want gone out of all the position coaches. I've never liked those guys, especially Keith. That OL needs to be rebuilt and it will need to start with replacing Keith.

luke been with Titans for YEARS... hell he ushered me and my wife to our table at an event a long time ago... back when the Titans held events for PSL holders
That doesn’t make him any less qualified. He wasn’t given anything to work with.
Aukerman should be shown the door on Monday. Titans special teams have been terrible since his arrival.
fat randy could not even kick touchbacks consistently last night and tigers started around 40 all but 1 time IIRC
I was curious about that during the game.
We know Fat Randy can kick TB. To me, when he doesnt, it’s by design.
On the flip side, he wasn’t trusted for an xp or a 50 (2/3?) yard FG even if I did like going for it on 3rd and 4th down.
