The choice of Detroit to host the Superbowl was horrendous. It was a cluster you-know-what the last time it was held there (during a blizzard). That city is an armpit.
Didn't Atlanta take a ton of heat because they said it wasn't a warm enough climate to host a Super Bowl after the ice storm of 2000?
Superbowl XXVI (1992) was in Minnesota. I think it was about 10 degrees all week.
