The whole conference only schedule think it going to hurt non major conferences financially. It is also exacerbating the divide between the NCAA and Power 5:

Other students have already tried this get paid stuff, they won't win.
The covid demands might be met but that's it.

Someone pointed out too there would be Title IX problems if they got paid.
Otherwise though I think a lot of their demands are legit.
In general I like the conference only schedule.
I’d love to see all P5 conferences contract to 10 teams and have all the conference teams play one another with 2 OOC games. 1 cupcake warmup game and one rivalry game.

I don’t have a problem with it. We are dealing with amateur athletes, as much as we like to pretend this is a farm system for the nfl. They need a warmup game with no preseason.
Those cupcake games are often the only way those schools can afford their sports programs.
If the SEC is the only conference to play it’ll guarantee a championship. Sounds like a solid plan.
