Anybody know the procedure for how refs determine where punts that go out of bounds cross the sideline? Surely it's not shadows on the field right?
An official stands where the ball left the punters foot and tracks the direction. Another official walks the sideline with his hand up and when he is in line with the punt direction the 1st officials signals to him to stop and mark the spot.
Should of never changed their name period, no balls at that organization. I live in Indian country and nobody thought Redskins was an offensive name, hell a majority of them dont give two shits because they are all Cowboy or Bronco fans.
