looked it up, I’m sure it’s in other states but the site I was reading mentions only Tennessee as a form of assault
‘Fear of imminent bodily injury’ means fear of immediate physical damage to one’s body. It can be an ingredient of many offences. For example in Tennessee causing another to reasonably fear imminent bodily injury amounts to assault.

AH will need a damn good lawyer, because his accuser doesn't need a witness and she doesn't have to have been physically assaulted. All she has to say is that she feared him.
