Carlos Hyde - passed on him for this jackwagon, and Hyde had the much more productive career.
There was nothing special at all in Sankey. Yeah he was nice at Washington, but nothing to warrant a #54 pick.

Not even close. We've had waaaaaaaaay worse picks. I don't have time now, but I'd be curious to but together a list of Titans top 10 busts of all time. Panda definitely reigns supreme.
