I saw some chatter out there in a few other threads, but Ernest deserves his own thread. We just got 145 tackles and four and a half sacks from an ilb for a box of donuts. Way underrated move that should pay big dividends.

This dude seems legit and will help in a big way where the titans seem weak, tackling/ stopping the run.
Might be a liability in pass coverage, but sounds like a great run stuffer. He's only 24 too, so could be a long term contributor.
I thought the same thing with Zach Cunningham. Let's hope Jones works out better. I think he's going to be really good for us.
