We hired Callahan now...it is what it is. We need to give him time to figure out how to be a HC IMO. He obviously is not there now.

You may be right, but if we get into this annual cycle of hiring/firing we will never get out of this situation IMO. I think that this transition has already set Levis back, and if you hire another HC next year we have pretty much ended his career as a Titan IMO.

Levis has no career here. Levis is garbage, along with Callahan. Count your losses with the both and move on, since it's a rebuild.
