I have a serious problem with a team mate who doesn't want to be on the team. We, the fans, know Brown wants traded. His teammates know he wants out. Nothing has to be said, the facts alone will disrupt the lockerroom. The Titans lacked leadership last year. This situation can not be anything possitive.
