My Denver source is that Kubiak has the Houston job, but that it can't be announced until the Broncs are out of the playoffs or win the Super Bowl.

My Denver source is that Kubiak has the Houston job, but that it can't be announced until the Broncs are out of the playoffs or win the Super Bowl.

Why is that? The Patriots coordinators were hired during their Superbowl run last year. It was announced way before the end of the season, why wouldn't Denver allow Kubiak's promotion be announced?
