Originally published July 10, 2006 ... uh... it's still this Saturday.This Saturday morning, Kroger, "the official grocery store of the Tennessee Titans," is planning to give away some single-game tickets for 2006 Titans games in Nashville.
The ticket giveaway is to be held at Kroger's newly remodeled Dover Crossing location.

Clarksville is already getting revved up for another Tennessee Titans football season, and Kroger — the self-proclaimed "official grocery store of the Titans" — is in on the excitement.
From 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, 10 Middle Tennessee Kroger stores, including the 110 Dover Crossing store in Clarksville, will host a simultaneous "Titans Ticket Party" in which each participating store will give away five pairs of Titans single-game tickets.

What about Texas Pete and the Kroger Shopping Cart Race hosted by Mike Keith? I think the Keebler Elf gets screwed in that one. He doesn't have the height. I like the Coke Bear myself but let me say I have no use for that floozie Cherry the Sonic Limeade. She's a tramp.
