Yeah I'd take Mariota over Willis any day of the week.

Remember Mariota had 4 TDs and a perfect passer rating his first NFL game. That's more than Willis will ever throw in his career.

Willis is a wreck. Love to see him be great. But my eyes were damaged when I watched him. he failed the eye test so bad. Still seeing blurry. The Swirly Squirrelly.

Mariota had a couple of good years. He showed flashes. But apparently that was probably his ceiling. Still would be a better back up than a lot of teams have...including TN

I would take him as a backup in a heartbeat, except for that 9mil price tag. If he would take somewhere between 800k and 1.3 mil, he might be worth the money.
