Thanks, I know what Indy got for the pick
if he bulks up he can play fb and push flemming and the other olb adds depth. for oline we have mawae, bell, olson, pillar, roos, stewart, loper and amano i think were doing fine just the way we are
another lb and rb??? wtf, we already have a bunch of rb's fighting for position
When Nfl .com does not have a bio on the player he probably was not draftable but I should have remembered from last year when we drafted Damion Nash and it took me 1 hour to find out whom it was. He looks like a real steal now doesn't he.
Did not like day 2 but hey we got 2 of the top 10 players in this draft and changed the face of the team the future looks brite so I am not *****ing anymore!

Does he? I don't recall him even seeing the field for more than 5 minutes last year...
I thought day two was a B. We were able to get a pair of quick OLBs for depth (Nande & Toone), we got a steal in Mahelona (IMO anyway), hopefully we found a succesor to Sirmon at MLB (Tulloch), and we came away with a pair of DBs for depth, Lowry and Finnegan. Finnegan was listed as a FS, but he's 5'9" and 177 with 4.35 speed, so I think we'll see him at corner. The second round wasn't all I expected, but it wasn't too bad either.
How was day 2 bad? We added depth to positions that needed added depth and we addressed our special teams. Probably got a contributer out of the 8 picks we had today.
what you all whinging about who we picked in the 7th?
How many 7th rounders actually make the team?
None of them will be starter, they will be either deep on the depth chart or cut.
It aint as if we going for a starter, sheesh.

Please say you were being sarcastic Gunny. Otherwise, this is by far your funniest post ever, Mr. Reyology. :ha: :ha:
one 7th rounder is a freak occurance.
How many 7th rounders do we have on the team?
and its Reynaldology buster. :brow:

Anyone know about our trade with Indianapolas?!?
I don't know, but all the sudden our logo switched to the Colt's in pick 238 in the 7th round, they didn't tell us about it. Could anyone tell me what happened?!?!?!?!

again, welcome to the forum; but this issue was already covered earlier in the day and it's thread is in the NFL Draft forum
we took two guys from utah another rb and lb =[
i think that we got the rb for pass protection tho because that is one of his strenghts

utah rb backup?,trade with indy stupid?
he rushed for over 1300 yards ,hes a great reciver & change of pace ,what they call 3rd down backs,we had 4 7th round picks ,i thought it was great move to get a 6th from the dolts that was theirs to begin with from rocky trade

I agree with Gunny (for once), 7th rounders are guys that just make the 53 man team, the guys that can contribute on special teams, Hill was a freak occurance.
Day 2 was good, we added depth in positions where we need to.
The only guy I can see starting is Tulloch, depending on whether he can make good progress to MLB in preseason.
Mahelona is a very good pick because of where we drafted him, but don't see him starting right away, Big Al and Starks should be starting at the start of the season
