Gonna start this thread back up again for the 2019 season. I’ve gotten good feedback from members who like the stats and comparisons. I’ll be adding Titan stats from PFF,Titan beat writers,Next Gen Stats, and other stat sources I subscribe too. Feel free to post any stats that you come across as well. This isn’t a troll thread so if you plan on bashing player(s) repeatedly your post will be deleted and you’ll get banned from the thread. There’s plenty of others threads for sounding off. Enjoy.:beerbang:

The @Titans engineered their 3rd largest margin of victory in a road game (+30) since the franchise's 1997 move to Tennessee.

I assume the snap count includes special teams? That would explain why Jonnu and Adoree had more snaps.

Per @PFF, #Titans top 5 defensive grades (at least 10 snaps):

-Wake (89.9)

-Ryan (78.9)

-D. Jones (75.1)

-Landry (70.5)

-Jackson (70.1)

Per @PFF, #Titans top 5 offensive grades:

-Walker (90.5)

-AJ Brown (86.9)

-Mariota (73.2)

-Henry (70.6)

-J. Smith (70.0)

Titans WR AJ Brown was one of four rookies to record 100 or more receiving yards in their NFL debut yesterday...

Brown (100)

Ravens WR Marquise Brown (147)

Lions TE T.J. Hockenson (131)

Washington WR Terrt McLaurin (125)

Marcus Mariota's passing chart from Week 1 against the Browns. 15 accurate throws, 5 inaccurate.

PFF stats show four teams that used play action to an extreme amount:
• #Ravens (50.0%) won 59-10
• #Cowboys (46.6%) won 35-17
• #Chiefs (45.5%) won 40-26
• #Titans (43.3%) won 43-13

No other team was over 35.7% PA. It’s almost like play action passing is wildly effective.

Mariota was 7 of 11 for 217 yards and 3 TDs on play action. Screen to Henry obviously a big chunk, but 6 of 10 for 142 is STILL 14.2 YPA with 2 TDs.

Looks like maybe Logan Ryan needed to get a game ball too!
8 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 1 INT, and 1 TFL is d@mn impressive for a cb!!!

Ryan had an excellent gm. Great instinctive player who always seems to be around the football. Butler played well also.

Baker threw at OBJ six times when he was covered by Butler yesterday.

-Butler held OBJ to 3 completions for 29 yards on those 6 throws, just 6 yards after the catch and 1 first down.
