I didn't really care for Thor.
Racist.
Five or six years ago I would have been all over Spidey, but I'm just tired of comic book movies. Never bothered to see Thor, Captain America or The Avengers because it's just all the same.

The Avengers did not seem "all the same" to me when it came to comic movies.
Thor was a pretty good movie. It surprised me. Loki was brilliant.
idk where the Avengers get off on making Nick Fury black, though.

There was also a black Nick Fury for a while but he isn't the popular one.

I heard Thor was pretty bad, but Tom Hiddleston was great in it.
Avengers wasn't "same old" though. I rarely like any comic movie and it was great.

Same here. I didn't expect Thor would translate well to the big screen. Truth be told, the character is pretty lame. But I actually ended up really liking it. MUCH better than Captain America. Which was easily the least enjoyable Marvel movie I've seen in recent years.I was pleasantly surprised with Thor.

I disaggree. The Ultimate Universe was excessively popular and Nick Fury was, literally, based on Sam Jackson. The Ultimates - the Avengers in that universe - was exceptional and one of the best comic stories I've ever read! Ignore the 3rd installment, however.
More of the style of this movie is based on that.
Saw the movie Battleship last night... and honestly I was surprised how much I enjoyed it.
Hoping to see it on the big screen if I EVER get a night off.... it's like a law here that you have to support any movie that features Hawaii in it.
I saw in the trailers that the film featured randomly-placed stills of Rihanna for no apparent reason. Is she actually in the movie or do they just put a picture of her in the upper right corner of the screen?
Oh, and btw:
Really??
Just another generic skinny white blonde.... as exciting as a bowl of Special K.
hot hot hot star girl (Brookyln Decker),

In case you were wondering, yes MIB3 was pretty stupid.
Yeah I agree but what happened with K and the kid at the end reallly made the movie for me. More of the same up until then but that was a nice touch which was unexpected.

Each to his own I guess.
I preferred Captain America to Thor. As the pre 'treatment' Steve Rogers I thought Evans conveyed the little guy really well. Became wooden/stoic when he became Captain America.
I thought Thor was pretty poor but with a weak storyline. I really liked Chris Hemsworth as Thor though. I liked the character more than the movie.
As Marvel movies go....
1. Avengers
2. Iron Man
3. Thor
4. Captain America
5. Iron Man 2
6. Incredible Hulk
Others not made by Marvel but still good.
XMen 2
Spiderman 2
Everything else is garbage

Yeah, that was a great ending.
Only part I really liked.
I was really digging Captain America.... right up until the moment he actually became Captain America. I really liked all the skinny geek Steve Rogers backstory stuff. Then it just kind of went off the rails for me. But IMO Captain just isn't a very strong character to begin with. Throw some poor casting/bad acting on top of that, and well, you got yourself a turd of a main character. That was my main problem with the movie. The story itself wasn't bad. Each to his own I guess.

2. Have you watched Spider-Man 2 recently? I know I thought it was pretty cool when it came out in high school, but I watched it relatively recently and couldn't understand why I ever liked that series.
I'm just burnt out on the superhero movies. No mas.
