I literally said the exact same thing when I saw it... Had no expectations for it at all. Turned out to be one of the funniest movies I've seen the past few years.

For whatever reason, I enjoy cheesy horror movies, but this wasn't cheesy. They actually do a good job explaining lore and things like that. For a low budget flick, they make everything look good and believable.
Its not really a horror movie either. I guess a mockumentary.....

Trollhunter was good - posted about here some time ago, but "best" found footage? Only if REC doesn't qualify as found footage. Then there's Cannibal Holocaust, which is a film I will not watch again, but as far as being effective as found-footage I'd say nothing compares. The director had to go to court to prove he didn't kill the actors in the movie. That just about trumps all of em..

I forgot CH was 'found' footage.
Haven't heard of REC, if it is on Netflix I will give it a watch.
The Bourne Legacy
I give it about a 7/10
It was good but not as good as the originals. Renner played the role well and I am really happy they didn't make him a Bourne duplicate, he had a totally different personality which was good.
They also did a good job in tying the story in with the Bourne Ultimatum, making it run along side what happened and did it pretty well. It change TBU a little but nothing major.
But the main story fell a little short.

REC is 100% subtitled, so if you're one of those people who don't like to "read a movie" then don't bother. You can watch Quarantine, which is literally a shot for shot adaptation, but somehow just wasn't as good. I blame Jennifer Carpenter.
