I wouldn't mind taking Hooker at all, but not at 11. I much prefer to pick at 11 (OL or WR) then trade back up into the 20's and take Hooker.
We really are a perfect situation for him. He doesn't have to play right away. He has a vet he can sit behind and learn from and can sit and get healthy until next year, or take over later in this season.

I'm down for trading down and getting hooker for a late 1st and possibly an extra 2nd or 3rd. We are in cap heaven next year. Have him and malik sit back battle it out this year and preseason next year and get some weapons for them next year.

Anything a “sports writer” writes can be a rumor with absolutely no other source or back up. So, by saying Titans trade 7th rounder for for Bears next years 1st pick… I have created a rumor.
And even more believable than the crap I’ve seen.
But then again, Sports Writer “mock draft 47.3.25” was pretty believable.
