i rank evans as a top 2 asset (with ODB) so i'm not trading using him to trade 'up' for bell
RB's get more points than WR so are more valuable. Evans and Watkins value going down with Evans having so many other targets in Tampa and Watkins having all the injuries and an inconsistent QB who might not be starter for long
yea but Evans will be WR1 for another decade and Bell will be lucky if he still starting RB in 3 years.

They plan to use him in the "Desean Jackson" role.
Unfortunately, they plan on using Jared Goff in the "quarterback" role.
