Rolltide is an fantastic poster (who I don't always agree with). He's a definitely a conservative in his political beliefs, but I don't recall any posts by him that have made me uneasy or uncomfortable when it comes to specifically to race (other than the all right wing thinkers must be racist bullshit) ... that's more than I can say for some of the stuff that gets posted on this site in the guise of humor by amateur wannabe comedians (The Everest thread seems a good example.. Yikes!... those guys may know WTF they're doing amongst themselves, but as a casual reader... that thread is brutal... and waaay more off putting than ANYTHING I can recall Rolltide posting...)
I notice Rolltide doesn't post much anymore which is a shame, because agree with him or not, he was always up for a good discussion on football (and again just as often as not I'd be disagreeing with him... I actually considered putting him on ignore at one point).
I don't really know the cliques on this site anymore, so maybe you're all good buddies and Rolltide is laughing right along with this post, but if that's not the case, shit like this sucks.
As I said earlier, I don't really get the vibe here anymore at GoTitans, so if I'm totally wrong on this shit... ah fuck it I can live with it. I'm huge fan of comedy, race based comedy is a tough nut, best left to be cracked by trained professionals (none of which reside here at GoTitties)

Man, I respect you as a poster, but I cannot disagree any harder with what you just said. The Everest thread probably should have been in Taboo, but everyone making jokes, I'd go as far to say we are all friends and no one actually feels that way.
Personally, I feel his absence is a great thing even though he is half way decent outside of Taboo. After he accused me twice of racism outside of Taboo did the gloves come off. This was WELL before I even joined Taboo.

but really, its no different than what DW went/ is going through. Really, this is pretty PG compared to what he went through. I have never went after his personal or family life. Just his online persona.

I think at times some of us alienate ourselves from the casual posters by taking so many shots at each other. Unless you're on here nearly every day, a lot of what we say to each other makes you wonder WTF are you reading.

Maybe you are missing some of the wars he and Scarecrow have in Taboo. He does post quite a bit. Just maybe not out in the regular threads these days it being the off season and all.
