He has no speed, he’s not quick, and he’s a small back. Should have picked up that first down easy on the first reception. If you go back and watch his college highlights, he looks above average against terrible competition.

Given that Evans is back after being out about 10 weeks with a knee injury, I wouldn't be worried about his explosiveness. Especially since he probably isn't back if our other RB's didn't get hurt.
