I'm surprised someone didn't snatch up Julio right after June 1st. The Colts make too much sense and I'm sure he'd be happy to reunite with Matty Ice on a "SB contender".

Why do some people think the Colts make too much sense? Because of Matt Ryan? Julio wanted away from him. He knows Ryan is done. Green Bay? Rams? Chiefs maybe.
Plus… We have more cap space than the Colts do.

a bunch of these 'good, but old, and injury history' wide receivers won't sign until beginning or end of training camp -- there is literally zero money for those guys to make right now because there is a mess of camp bodies still on NFL rosters who will do what you need in the moment for way less.... they're waiting to cash in on some big name receiver getting a non-contact injury.
