I dont even listen to or read PK, if it sounds verbatim it's because it was pretty obvious that a video that starts after the scuffle is going on, and ends while the scuffle is still going on, obviously isnt the entire evidence. It is common sense. But regardless, this conversation with you is the equivalent of trying to have a conversation with a crusty dog turd, so have it fanboy.

I'm assuming someone obnoxious started getting in his personal space and shoved a phone in his face, his entourage pushed him away and things escalated from there. "Fans" can be as bad as the paparazzi, just because someone is famous, doesn't mean they're obligated to take pictures with you or be in your snapchat.

Some folks are confusing assault with battery. You can be charged with assault simply by verbally attacking someone. The fact that it didn’t include battery is why this will become a non-issue quickly. The Walgreens employees will pick up a few thousand and… poof!
