Hire a minority HC the club gets a compensation 3rd pick. They got last season for hiring Cully.

Why? It’s Andy Reid’s offense and then there is that Mahomes guy, He is pretty good. There has to be a reason no one hires him to be a HC.

Some troubling legal history is what I've heard.
It’s encouraging teams to hire minority assistants and groom them. Every team would just hire minorities simply for the extra draft picks.
All you have to do is indentify as a minority. That’s what Adam Shefter said about Miami’s new coach anyway.
