Figured for Da Bears, I should make da sausages. Never smoked italian sausage, but figured who better to test it on but a group drinking beer in the chilly weather. So will bring those and might throw some wings on there as well. Can bring buns and some mustard, but anyone else can bring any other condiment they like. Will have both sweet and spicy italian sausage links. Will keep them warm in a slow cooker.
Sounds great. I usually toss a few sausages on when doing a long smoke because they get done much sooner and helps fill the void before the big meal.
