I get he doesn’t have the homerun speed like Hilliard, but from what I’ve seen this season, Foreman is a more complete back and I think he has the talent to be a good starter in this league. He’s a perfect back up to King Henry and more than capable of keeping the chains moving so we don’t overload King Henry again next season.
if he plays ST then let him compete... otherwise he is not worth a roster spot as a PURE backup RB
Hil is better change of pace and probably could do better in pass game..don't need 2 brutes
Forman has done a good job considering the pitiful OL play for most of the year
Hilliard clearly has more speed but thankfully aint a micro ass'd scatback

He’s done his job. That’s what he was/is paid to do. GoT had the correct response. Roster spots are valuable.
Foreman will get a bigger contract than what we will be willing to pay for a backup RB...he signed a 1yr/920k contract, he'll get more than that in the offseason based on what he's done with Henry out
I dont think it's a stupid move. Gives Henry options. Foreman can run 1zt down Henry in for 2 & 3 vice versa. Can play our power running game effectively just need to be more smart about it. Plus gives Henry a rest without obviously showing its gonna be a pass/PA.
It will come down to money...he's a FA, if he gets more $ with a chance to start obviously he'll take it...in saying that, I don't see a team offering him big $I dont think it's a stupid move. You can keep him, but you'd have to let go of Blasingame or Carter from a roster spot perspective. Foreman has pretty much won himself a much bigger contract with another team with his play since Henry went down.

Agreed, i dont think he'll see big bucks or anything, but based on what he's done here someone will give him a decent contract. Good for him he's earned it

Mark Ingram, Philip Lindsay are around 3 mil/yr
Williams for KC is at 1.5 mil/yr

He'll be playing in Miami or somewhere he'll have a chance to start. Houston might want him again.
And I think we'll be shocked at how much he'll make.

Id like to keep Foreman and am sure we can afford to keep him but I cannot see him resigning with us over somewhere elese he could get a chance to start. I think Hillard is likely back as pur third down complement to Henry which will be nice.
That being said I do like adding another back in a similar mold to Foreman to round out that rotation. I think having another power back to tire out defenses will make Derrick Henry even more dominating late games/late season.

Foreman runs hard, but he lacks talent. Absolutely is not a starter on a good team. Appreciate what he's done for us, and would like to have him back as a backup, but not going to sweat it if we don't. Hopefully no more drafting random small school backs you have to google.

That's crazy talk. He's been very effective on our team, and we are clearly good.

Effective? Sure. He hasn't been really good though. He's starting out of necessity, not because he's a starting caliber back. And while our team maybe good, our offense has been pretty bad since Henry went out.
If he has to see significant touches at any point in this post-season, we are in a lot of trouble.

there is a need for a Fishface RB on the Titans without a doubtId like to keep Foreman and am sure we can afford to keep him but I cannot see him resigning with us over somewhere elese he could get a chance to start. stupid to waste DH22 in those series where everyone knows Titans gonna run right into 9 man fronts just to scrub clock... its boring but smart football & a waste of DH22 touches. Let the BU waste those touches
not really @Carp 's point but okThat's crazy talk. He's been very effective on our team, and we are clearly good.
I want to see Forman getting lots of second half touches as Titans go full fishface scrubbing clock with a multi score leadEffective? Sure. He hasn't been really good though.
